How We Do Business

Payment Methods
ColleZione accepts Visa, MasterCard and personal checks. When purchasing an in-stock product with a personal check, we ask that you mail your check to us; we will ship your products within seven days. Payment in full is required at the time of order.

Delivery
ColleZione is located in Menlo Park; we are about 25 miles south of San Francisco in northern California. We deliver to the greater San Francisco Bay Area - from Healdsburg to the north, to Monterey in the south, to Sacramento in the east. The charge for delivery is 10% of invoice total (before state or local taxes) within 30 miles of Menlo Park. For delivery to areas further than 30 miles from our showroom, a minimum transport charge may apply.

Special Shipping Solutions
We have special arrangements with a reliable, local trucking company for shipments headed to west coast locations such as Los Angeles, CA, Las Vegas, NV and Seattle, WA. If you live in or near these areas, we can arrange for your purchase, whatever the size, to be "blanket wrapped" and trucked you. The advantage of blanket wrapping is that it is less expensive than crating, and still assures you the product will arrive in excellent condition. This is an ideal solution for clients in these geographical areas.

Products Shipped via FedEx Ground
Some pieces in our collection that weigh less than 61 lbs can be shipped via Federal Express Ground. For a selection of these products, click here. Shipping rates vary by weight and exact destination; call or email for shipping quotations. FedEx Ground deliveries arrive one to five days after leaving our warehouse.

The rest of ColleZione's products will be crated and delivered by common carrier (trucking). Costs vary depending upon product size, quantities and destination. Call or email to receive a shipping quotation. If you order numerous items, or your pots are to be customized, speak with us, as we can occasionally arrange for your shipment to be delivered directly from Italy.

Customization
Many of the beautiful urns and vases in our collection can be customized with your family crest or family name upon the piece. This is often seen in lovely gardens throughout Italy, and we can make this a reality for your family or your company. See "Customization" on the product pages of the "View the Collection" section on this site or call us for details. Allow approximately ninety days lead-time for customized products. Customized pieces cannot be returned.

Dimensions and Sizes
Due to the hand-made nature of our products, dimensions, including height and diameter, are approximate, and can vary by an inch or more depending upon the size of the piece. Slight variations in size, color and detail (such as handprints or smudges) are characteristic of terra cotta made entirely by hand.

Quotes and Estimates
We will gladly provide written cost and shipping estimates. Simply call or email and let us know what pieces you are considering and we will fax or mail the quote to you within 24 hours.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. In the unlikely event that you purchase terra cotta from us and are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt, in original condition, and we will issue a prompt refund. If you are outside our normal delivery area and the products were shipped to you, you must pay all return shipping costs, including crating if necessary. Product must be received in original condition. If your purchase has been customized according to your specifications, or multiple pieces were ordered from Italy specifically for your project(s), your purchase cannot be returned.
