Availability
We maintain a large inventory of product in our Menlo Park showroom for your client and project needs. Most products on this site and in our collection are in stock and ready for immediate delivery or shipment.

Discounts
ColleZione offers a 20% discount to our professional clients, with additional reductions based upon volume purchases. If you do a head to head comparison with equal quality products (not easy to find), we are confident that you will find our prices to be very competitive.

Quotes and Estimates
We will gladly provide written quotes for your project or client needs. Call or email and let us know what pieces you are considering; we will fax your quote within 24 hours. Tear sheets are available for many products; call or email for information. We can arrange for overnight delivery of a quotation, and with advance notice, presentation binder, to your office or directly to the client.

Customization
ColleZione can arrange for a unique style, or reproduction, to be produced in Italy by the artisans we represent. Personalization of specific areas of an urn or vase, such as a medallion or plaque will be expertly executed; corporate logo or family names can be placed on plaques on urns vases. Call or email to inquire about a specific project. Because of the close relationships we maintain with these artisans, you can expect flawless execution. Ninety days lead-time is usually adequate for simple customization; for reproduction or entirely new styles, more lead-time must be allowed. No returns can be accepted on customized products.

Payment
MasterCard, Visa, and personal, corporate and cashier's checks are accepted. Payment in full is due at the time of order. For clients based in California, 8.25% state and local tax will be collected unless a California State reseller's certificate number is provided, in writing, to our office.

Delivery and Special Shipping
Delivery is available in the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding communities. The charge for delivery is 10% of invoice total (before state or local taxes) within 30 miles of Menlo Park. For delivery to areas further than 30 miles from our showroom, a minimum transport charge may apply. Outside the S.F. Bay Area, special blanket wrapped shipping is available to west coast areas such as Los Angeles CA, Seattle, WA and Las Vegas NV. This option is more economical than crating and the product arrives in beautiful condition. For all other locations, we crate and ship via common carrier.
